Right to refund for defective goods
A consumer who receives goods that do not conform to the contract may require the seller to repair or replace them free of charge within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to the consumer.
Where repair or replacement is impossible, disproportionate, or not completed within thirty days of the consumer's request, the consumer may demand a price reduction or terminate the contract and obtain a full refund of the price paid, including delivery costs.
Goods that become defective within six months of delivery are presumed to have been defective at the time of delivery unless the seller proves otherwise. The consumer is not required to prove the cause of the defect.
Any contractual term excluding or limiting these rights before the defect is notified is void and unenforceable against the consumer.
